uConnect gets a Shiny New User Interface

We are very happy to launch the latest version of uConnect. A big thank you to all our users who have given us such great feedback and suggestions. We have made a lot of usability improvements and added some nice new features to help you get the most out of uConnect and your SMS Messaging and Text Message Marketing campaigns.Read on to learn a little more about the latest version of uConnect.

So what’s new in the latest version of uConnect?

New and Improved User Interface: : Finding your way around uConnect is now easier than ever. The new Welcome Dashboard gives you “one click” access to all the main uConnect features such as Send a Text, Buy Credit, Create and Manage your txt2join Keywords, Create and Send Mobile Coupons and Manage Your Mobile Club.
The new uConnect Main Menu gives you direct access to your Groups, Contacts, Sent Messages and System Analytics where you can review how your SMS and Mobile Coupon Campaigns have performed.

Sending a text message to your Groups is now even easier: We feel uConnect was always the most easy to use bulk text messaging service on the web. But our intuitive message sending screens make sending a text message, mobile coupon or voice message even easier. Simply click on the Send Text button on the Welcome Dashboard, enter your message, select your group(s) and click send (or schedule your message for later if you wish). You can now also select your preferred opt-out message before sending.

Mobile Coupon and Text Message Preview: A feature we are very proud of is the new uConnect live preview which lets you review your message right before you send, giving you the comfort of being able to verify your message text, sender id and message scheduling, as well as the number of credits that will be used sending your message.

New Analytics and Message History: The new uConnect Message Analytics function along with our improved Message History Screens gives you an easy-to-use method of monitoring your sent messages and reviewing your message performance. Message Analytics gives you a graphical overview of your previously sent SMS Messages, Mobile Coupons or Voice Messages. View your overall messaging history or messages sent in the last week.
Message History shows you a full overview of all messages you send or schedule using uConnect. Our simply defined colour coding scheme allows you to quickly determine the overall status of each message. You can filter your sent messages as required or click on a message to view a summary of the message including the delivery status of each individual message sent or a graphical view of the message delivery history.

Improved Contact and Group Management: The new uConnect Contact Manager makes managing your contacts even easier. Access the Contact Manager by clicking on the Contacts Button in the uConnect Main Menu where you can easily add, import, copy, and remove contacts and organise your contacts into groups. An easy to use search form right on the contacts page lets you filter by group, name, e-mail, mobile number and comment.
Similarly managing your groups has also been made easier. View all contacts in a group, clearing contacts from a group or deleting a group now all takes one click of a mouse.

New Sub-Accounts Feature: Ideal for marketing agencies, larger businesses and franchises, uConnect now allows you create multiple sub-accounts under your main login. So for example a marketing agency could create a sub-account for each of their clients and easily switch between sub accounts to manage each clients text message marketing campaign. You can even transfer SMS credit between sub-accounts.
