Here at uConnect we are very excited about our new Facebook Mobile Club App. uConnect clients have always been able to build up their opt-in database of mobile numbers directly from their website by adding a uConnect pop-up form to their website. But many of you have told us that your facebook fan pages are more active that your websites. So we have now released the uConnect Mobile Club Facebook app. This app can be installed directly onto your facbook fan page allowing you gather customer mobile phone numbers directly from Facebook.

So How Does It Work Install the Facebook Mobile Club App?

Just login to uConnect and click on the link for your Mobile Club. You will have an option to e-mail yourself details of how to install the facebook app. It is easy and only takes a few minutes. And the best bit is that anyone familiar with facebook can do it.
Once the Facebook App is installed, you just need to enter the Activation Code that is in the e-mail and a link to your Mobile Club will be added to your facebook page.

What Do My Facebook Visitors See?

When Fans visit your facebook page they will see an option for Mobile Club in your list of pages. When they click it your mobile club join form will be displayed. Fans can enter their mobile number to be added to you uConnect mobile database and will receive your SMS thank you message back just as they would if they joined via your website pop-up form. And of course they can also opt-out of your mobile club from this form as well.
